Since 2003, children and parents from many local homeschool communities have enjoyed the incredible blessings of participating in The Academy of Arts drama seminars.

 The Academy of Arts believes that the arts were given to us by God and should glorify Him. The ministry is convinced of the effectiveness of the drama in teaching solid, biblical principles and religious history and is committed to instilling a conservative, biblical worldview in philosophy, teaching students that they can and should serve God with their talents. The biblical plays presented are used as giant illustrations of whatever biblical truth is being expressed. These plays are simply vehicles to give out the gospel and to continue to "make the Bible come alive" to people in churches across America.

The staff works in fast-paced rehearsals striving for excellence in blocking, characterization, and dramatic climax. Students will gain experience in the many facets of drama production to include costumes, make-up, props, scenery, and professional stage lighting and sounds. The incredible value of team work will be reinforced throughout this week-long seminar, and each student’s spiritual development will be impacted as they learn to use their God-given skills to glorify Him.
